Swati Sinha Bedi is Head of Operations at FOBISIA, working across strategy, operations, leadership development, and professional learning to strengthen collaboration and impact across the international school community in Asia.

Previously the CPD & Safeguarding Executive at FOBISIA, Swati worked closely with the CPD Executive Committee, the professional learning community, and member schools across the region to understand their professional learning needs and priorities. She has played a key role in developing conferences, professional learning initiatives, and networks that bring school leaders and educators together to connect, learn, and collaborate.

With a background in law and strategy, Swati brings a strategic and practical approach to understanding needs, identifying gaps, and improving professional learning. She is particularly interested in exploring how technology and systems can support more accessible, relevant, and engaging professional learning, while keeping the focus on what educators and schools need.
