At PEMIMPIN, we envision a future where every teacher is an effective leader who empowers students to grow, thrive, and succeed. Grounded in global research that ranks leadership as a key driver of student learning, we support teachers across all levels, from classrooms to systems, to lead with purpose and impact. Our work spans three strategic pillars: Educational Technology, which includes LADAP Plus, Malaysia’s first teacher professional development app; Fellowships that strengthen school leadership; and Prize Initiatives that celebrate excellence and elevate the status of teachers. To date, we have impacted over 45,000 teachers across 7,460 schools, reaching more than 2.5 million students nationwide. By developing leadership at all levels, we help schools become more resilient, collaborative, and learner-focused.
