Southeast Asia Partnership Coordinator Generation Global (International Baccalaureate)
Lenny Ceng is the Southeast Asia Coordinator for Generation Global at the International Baccalaureate (IB), where she works to expand opportunities for young people to engage in meaningful intercultural dialogue and develop as active global citizens. Based in Jakarta, she builds partnerships with schools, NGOs, and government across the region to broaden the programme’s reach and impact.
Before joining the IB, Lenny spent nearly a decade at the University of Sydney, supporting prospective students across Indonesia in preparing for higher education and navigating their transition to university life. Her experience in education has strengthened her commitment to empowering young people with the skills, empathy, and confidence needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
Lenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Management from the University of Sydney. Passionate about fostering cross-cultural understanding and youth leadership, she is dedicated to helping students embrace global perspectives and engage in constructive dialogue across differences.
