Simon McRoberts

Simon McRoberts is Vice Principal of Adcote School Shanghai and an experienced international education leader with more than 20 years of teaching experience, including 14 years in school leadership. He holds the UK National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).

Before joining Adcote, Simon served as Head of Secondary at the British School of Nanjing and as International Head of Secondary at Nord Anglia Chinese International School in Shanghai. His professional interests include school leadership, curriculum development, teacher professional development, CLIL and responsible AI in education. He advocates using technology to strengthen professional judgement, human relationships and student learning.
