Managing Director LeapEd Services

Nina is the Managing Director of LeapEd, Malaysia's leading educational social enterprise. She holds a Law background from the London School of Economics (LSE), Middle Temple, and PwC Tax, backed by over 30 years of experience across the Malaysian education sector. Her past leadership roles include Law Faculty Dean at HELP University, CEO of Asia Pacific Schools, CEO of Malaysia Airlines Academy, and Director of an educational publishing and boutique consultancy.

At LeapEd, Nina leads the design and delivery of large-scale education transformation initiatives, including the flagship Trust Schools Programme, focusing on scalable, sustainable social impact. She possesses deep expertise collaborating with the Ministry of Education (MoE), notably serving as the lead technical writer for the Malaysia Education Plan (2026–2035) during a secondment to Pemandu Associates.

Her other contributions include:

•    Lifetime Achievement Award for Education Excellence (KSI, 2021)
•    Adjunct Professor at UNITAR International University
•    Advisory Board Member for Bett Asia
•    Board Member at Sekolah Anak Malaysia (SAM Education), the nation's first digital school
•    Vice-President of LSE Alumni Society of Malaysia
