Mariana de Reyes is the Founder and CEO of the Nicol David Organisation (NDO), a non-profit dedicated to empowering youth, families, and communities through sport, education, and mental well-being. Founded alongside former world squash champion Datuk Nicol David, NDO uses the transformative power of sport to nurture confident, resilient, and healthy young people.

A former Pan-American Squash Junior Champion, Mariana represented Colombia and reached No. 81 in the world rankings. Her experience in sport, combined with a background in strategic development, social impact, and organisational leadership, has shaped her vision of sport as a catalyst for positive social change.

Under her leadership, NDO has launched four flagship programmes. Little Legends combines squash, movement, and mental well-being to equip children with skills to thrive in life. Ibu Legends and Bapa Legends support parents through financial empowerment and well-being, while +Play brings movement and positive psychology into public schools.

Mariana holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes and a Master’s in Digital Marketing from Esden Business School in Madrid. She completed leadership and global non-profit leadership programmes at Stanford University in 2021 and 2024.
