Kelly Lim Sin Ee

Director of Educational Technology and Operations PEMIMPIN

Kelly Lim is the Director of Operations and Educational Technology at PEMIMPIN, where she leads the development and implementation of LADAP Plus, Malaysia’s first professional development mobile app for teachers and school leaders.

Drawing on experience as a secondary school teacher, lecturer for incarcerated learners, and former Chemistry researcher, Kelly brings a unique perspective that combines classroom experience, learning design, and  purposeful innovation. Throughout her career, she has worked directly with diverse learners, led school-wide initiatives, and supported educators in strengthening their professional practice.

At PEMIMPIN, Kelly has contributed across the organisation’s core initiatives, from empowering school leaders through leadership development programmes to leading the inaugural Malaysia Teacher Prize Summit.

Today, Kelly focuses on scaling high-quality teacher professional development through technology, data, and systems that support sustainable educational impact. Her work centres on how evidence-based pedagogy and
thoughtful technology integration can enhance professional learning, strengthen teacher readiness, and ultimately support better outcomes for students.
