Dr Tran Duc Huyen
Principal Hoang Viet School
Dr. Tran Duc Huyen has dedicated his life to education and made significant contributions for education in Vietnam. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics in 1980 and a Master’s degree in 1985 from the University of Education in Ho Chi Minh City. In 1981, he began teaching Maths and Computer Science at Le Hong Phong High School, becoming Head of the Mathematics Department in 1990 and Deputy Principal in 2000. He also edited Mathematics textbooks for high schools. After retiring in 2017, he has become Principal of Hoang Viet School since 2018. Under his leadership, the school was recognized as a Microsoft Showcase School in 2024-2025. Dr. Huyen’s journey reflects his unwavering dedication to education and his commitment to providing high-quality learning opportunities.
