Dr Jerrylyn Bacroya-Magbuo is a Filipino academic leader, researcher, and trainer in education and EdTech. As Dean of the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education at FAITH Colleges, she oversees programs in Teacher Education, Psychology, Sports Science, General Education, and Communication. She has led national training programs, pioneered AI-integrated pedagogy such as the Human Library Project and actively contributes to policy-level discussions on teacher education curriculum reform in the Philippines.

Her work bridges grassroots Teacher development, Higher Education innovation, and national education policy.
