Manager (Curriculum and Operations) EtonHouse Education Centre

Charissa Lim is Manager, Curriculum and Operations at EtonHouse Singapore, where she leads curriculum design, hiring and developing teaching teams, and centre partnerships for enrichment programmes across multiple preschools. She holds an MEd in Curriculum and Teaching from the National Institute of Education, Singapore, and a First Class Honours BA in Childhood Studies from the University of Leeds. 

She is currently working on the Mind and Maker Curriculum, an early childhood AI readiness and literacy framework for ages 18 months to 6 years. Outside her core role, she explores how EdTech and AI tools can support young learners through various passion projects, and occasionally writes about AI and education at charissalwq.com.​​
