Anggita Citanegara Lubis is a Human Development specialist dedicated to exploring the intersection of cognitive neuroscience and digital transformation. As a Neuroscience Coach and the founder of MF Consulting, she specialises in human capital development, while her role as an educator at Sekolah Murid Merdeka (SMM) allows her to apply these high-level cognitive strategies in a K12 environment. Anggita is dedicated to navigating the intersection of human potential and emerging technology. With extensive practical experience in teaching and coaching, she focuses on how individuals can maintain cognitive agency in an increasingly automated world. 

Anggita is an advocate for "Cognitive Protectionism", the deliberate preservation of effortful thinking in an era of digital convenience.
