Using GL Assessments to close learning gaps and maximise student progress
In many classrooms, data is collected but not always used effectively to inform teaching and learning. This session explores how educators can use insights from GL Assessments (e.g., CAT4, Progress Tests, PASS) to identify learning gaps, understand student potential, and implement targeted strategies that drive progress.
Through practical examples and classroom-based approaches, participants will learn how to interpret assessment data meaningfully and translate it into actionable teaching strategies. The session will also highlight how data can support differentiation, improve student outcomes, and ensure that every learner is appropriately challenged and supported.
