PlayXploration: When play becomes the most powerful pedagogy

Play exists in every school. So do classroom activities. But how do we use technology to make both more purposeful, structured powerful so that childhood is not lost and learning truly reaches every child? PlayXploration is that answer.

Built across two pillars, PlayXploration gives play the direction it deserves:

  • Play as an Activity is a structured three-month programme where children experience traditional games — winning, failing, leading and discovering sportsmanship — while teachers use technology to observe, document and rate what they see, turning every play moment into meaningful learning data.

  • Play as Pedagogy weaves play-based exploration into classroom teaching — where children apply understanding through questions, collaboration and peer teaching, and technology helps identify gaps and fill them.

Together these pillars make play a movement — one where childhood is celebrated, learning reaches every child, and technology walks alongside both. Already implemented across schools in India, this session invites educators to explore what purposeful play can look like in theirs.
