Ruth has advised multiple institutions on school improvement planning, teacher professional development, and accreditation processes with Cambridge Assessment International Education and BAN for SPK. Her leadership spans policy design, curriculum mapping, safeguarding frameworks, and governance structures that balance global standards with local regulations. 

In her current role at Saint Peter’s School Jakarta, Ruth drives academic strategy across Preschool to Senior High School, embedding Catholic values with international best practices.
