Professor Dr Cordelia Mason
Professor and Visiting Fellow Universiti Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (MyRIVET)
Cordelia Mason is a Professor in Management and Entrepreneurship. She is also a Member of the Board of Examiners for the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB), a Visiting Fellow at MyRIVET (Malaysia Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training), an alumna of the UNESCO UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme, a member of the International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry, research advisor for the Global Knowledge Index 2021 and a pro-bono advisor to Pertubuhan Perkhidmatan Sosial dan Pembangunan Komuniti (PSPK), a women and youth development centre.
Professor Cordelia is a strong advocate of storytelling, an important skill in case writing. A self-professed informal knowledge-broker, Cordelia enjoys exploring the meanings of life across geographical, social and economic boundaries using the lenses of strategic management, innovation and social entrepreneurship. Her current research interest is to explore how social enterprises create sustainable value for their social missions through environmental solutions and responsible tourism in Malaysia and Indonesia.
