Bill Elim is a distinguished and rapidly emerging talent in the cybersecurity landscape. Bill works as a Penetration Tester at Seclab Indonesia and studies Cybersecurity at BINUS University. Specialising in offensive security with a keen focus on application security, cryptography, and the field of blockchain technology, Bill has a distinguished profile by combining academic activity with practical skills. His work is recognised on international stages, such as being selected to present at the Black Hat Asia 2025 Arsenal, publishing a research paper at an IEEE conference, and consistently demonstrating his prowess in national hacking competitions called Capture The Flag (CTF). 

As a huge player in the competitive Capture The Flag (CTF), Bill has a proven track record of excellence. He has consistently achieved top rankings in numerous national competitions and participates in multiple international competitions. Complementing his competitive success, Bill has contributed to academic research by co-authoring a paper on cybersecurity education specifically in the field of cryptography. 

Bill's practical skills are validated by his experience in the industry as a Penetration Tester and some industry certifications. He holds the Certified Appsec Practitioner (CAP) and the Burp Suite Certified Practitioner (BSCP), and has planned to acquire more in the upcoming future. Beyond personal accolades, Bill is a dedicated contributor to the cybersecurity community. He has developed Foundpy, an innovative open-source tool described as a "Foundry-like Interface for Interacting with Ethereum Application in Python" which earned him a presentation slot at Black Hat Asia 2025's Arsenal showcase, a premier venue for new security tools.
