Atakan Ozkaya is an educator and Founder of Madlen, an AI-powered platform transforming how Teachers teach and students learn. He began tutoring at 15 and has since devoted over 5,000 hours to guiding learners aged 5 to 23 across four continents in English, French, Turkish, and more.

A moment during the pandemic with a student in rural Turkey ignited his mission: to make world-class education a right, not a privilege. With a background in engineering, economics, and AI, and experience at a $100M family office, Atakan blends teaching passion with entrepreneurial drive. At Madlen, he champions a simple truth—when teachers thrive, students flourish—and is building tools that supercharge educators for the AI age.
