Unlocking teachers’ superpowers: How technology can assist the teacher crisis

UNESCO warns of a dire teacher shortage, projecting a deficit of 44 million educators by 2030, with many current teachers retiring or leaving the profession.

This crisis leads to overcrowded classrooms, neglected students, and overworked teachers facing burnout. While technology alone can't solve these problems, it can significantly help.

HP is committed to equipping teachers with the skills for the ethical and practical use of generative AI and collaborating globally to tackle this crisis head-on. Together, we can find practical solutions to support and sustain our educators.
