Victor Lam leads the Google Workspace for Education efforts in the Asia Pacific region, working with local government and education authorities cutting across the public and private sector. 

Before Google, he also worked as a public school Teacher in rural Malaysia where he taught STEM subjects to indigenous school children. When it comes to education, he always believes that it takes a village to raise a child” and that education is a key silver bullet as no other single institution has the same capacity to empower individuals and transform our economy
