Vaclava Svobodova is an experienced educator with a strong background in inclusive and special education. She holds a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education, a Postgraduate Diploma in International SENCO, and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Childhood Studies. Over the years, she has led and supported initiatives to build effective SEND departments in international school settings, focusing on creating systems that ensure every learner can thrive. Her expertise includes developing, Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), and supporting early intervention strategies. Passionate about equity in education, she works closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to bridge learning gaps and promote meaningful participation for all students. Vaclava brings both practical experience and a strong commitment to advocacy, aiming to inspire educators to approach inclusion with creativity and compassion.
