With well over 25 years’ experience working in the science, technology, medical education, media and publishing industries, Nicola Rylett is a senior commercial leader who has held both Regional and National Director roles with some of the UK’s most prestigious organisations.
Nicola is currently a Non-Exec Director of Swim Wales, Chair of International Education Organisation ABE, Chair of a leading marketing organisation in Wales and a Primary School Governor. Nicola previously held the role of Deputy Chair of The Institute of Leadership for five years.
Nicola is currently supporting the cultural change, development, and growth programs of several organisations, demonstrating a proven track record in building effective and efficient organisations that take action. Specific areas of expertise include
- advising, coaching and mentoring organisations on realistic and practical growth plans; assisting them to develop with effective business strategies to increase the organisation’s long-term financial resilience
- leadership development through accountability mentoring and coaching of leadership skills
- assisting teams develop sound commercial acumen to grow their organisations and see the true value in their ideas, products or services
- facilitating the implementation of strategic process
- enabling leaders to acquire true team alignment of the vision and values for the organisation
- business development and lead generation activities.
