Ministerial perspectives: Learning to innovate
Innovation in education is no longer optional, it is essential. But how do leaders in education learn to innovate within systems that are often risk-averse, politically sensitive, and structurally rigid?
From AI to XR, innovation is not just about the latest technology, it is also how educators teach, lead and learn. Through creative problem-solving and sustainable budgeting, visionary leadership can be achieved through forward-thinking policy design and collaborative transformation.
This unique panel discussion will explore what “learning to innovate” looks like in practice, through building capacity, leveraging EdTech to drive equity and access, and fostering partnerships across public and private sectors.
Attendees will gain a rare insight from the panel who will share personal insights, local contexts, challenges, and breakthroughs. Importantly, the panel will also address how leaders are empowering and engaging educators, not only to embrace innovation, but to become co-drivers of change in their institutions and communities.
