Suguna Devis is the co-founder of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and an experienced fire safety training provider, specialising in fire safety management, awareness, and competency development. Over the past 22 years, she has designed and delivered training programs that align with international standards and local building by-laws, ensuring that industries and communities are better equipped to prevent fire incidents and minimise risks.

Her work includes collaborating with government bodies, educational institutions, and private organisations across Asia to raise safety awareness and build capacity. Suguna is deeply committed to nation-building through safety education and often engages retired fire officers and subject matter experts to deliver practical, hands-on training.
