Rajveen Kaur

Education Specialist LeapEd Services

Rajveen brings a unique blend of global teaching expertise and safeguarding leadership to every space she enters. With degrees spanning English, International Business, and Commerce, alongside CELTA and professional coaching accreditations (ICF, NLP®, HRDF, ACP), her career has been defined by designing learning that transforms people and systems.

Beyond her academic and coaching credentials, Rajveen is widely recognised as a dynamic facilitator in safeguarding and child protection. She has led frameworks, policies, and training programmes that empower educators to not only understand safeguarding but to practise it confidently in real-world contexts. Her facilitation style is interactive, empathetic, and deeply rooted in lived realities — ensuring participants leave not only more informed, but also more equipped to act. She has worked across private and government schools, ministries, and international networks, guiding teachers and leaders to navigate complex safeguarding issues such as bullying, emotional regulation, and child wellbeing in both physical and digital spaces.

Whether in a classroom theatre, a leadership summit, or a hands-on workshop, Rajveen is known for creating safe, thought-provoking learning environments where participants can explore sensitive issues with courage and clarity. At Bett Asia 2025, she continues this mission: collaborating with global educators to reimagine how technology, social media, and safeguarding intersect — and to champion safer, more resilient futures for children everywhere.
