Chief Operating Officer Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU)

Gurpardeep Singh is a senior leader with the Asia Pacific University (APU) and was instrumental in the Institution’s growth and evolution into a University College, and eventually to a Full University. He presently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of the University, leading the development and execution of Operational and Digital Transformation strategies to support the University’s growth and sustainability. Gurpardeep is also presently Chairman of the national-level Sectorial Training Committee (STC) for the Education sector under the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC). He was also part of the team that developed the Way Forward for Private Higher Education Institutions: Education as an Industry (2020-2025) document published by the Malaysia Ministry of Higher Education.
