Director of Teacher Professional Development

Finita is an English Lecturer at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). She holds a Doctorate in English Education specializing in Educational Technology and Teacher Professional Development. She has extensive teaching experience and has been working in partnership with national, regional, and international institutions as a teacher trainer. Throughout her career, she has been invited to speak at numerous seminars, webinars, conferences, workshops, and Studium Generale events. She is also the Director of Teacher Professional Development at the Indonesia Technology-Enhanced Language Learning Association (iTELL), responsible for planning, developing, and organizing technology-focused Teacher Professional Development programs for teachers throughout Indonesia.
