Edmund Lim
Director of Professional Development Singapore Education Network (SEN)
Edmund is the Director of Professional Development at the Singapore Education Network (SEN), as well as a Principal Consultant and Partner at SECG. He has provided consultancy for international schools, EdTech companies, overseas ministries of education and organisations such as the World Bank.
His prior roles included being the Vice President of an EdTech unicorn and Executive Director (APAC) for a global cyber education company.
Edmund also has experience as a Senior Vice President of a Singapore company involved in the establishment and management of international schools in Asia. He was once based in Bangkok as a Group Academic Director of five international school campuses. He has worked as the Education Director in one of the world's largest aquariums.
Prior to working in the private sector, Edmund was a former Principal and Vice-Principal in Primary and Secondary schools in Singapore. In addition to conducting professional development courses for
educators, he has taught in the National Institute of Education, the Gifted Education Programme and
various schools. He also enjoys reading and writing.
