Dr Kalminderjit serves as Deputy Director at the English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC), Ministry of Education Malaysia. In this capacity, she leads the strategic planning and implementation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiatives for English language teachers nationwide.

With over 36 years of dedicated service in the English language teaching fraternity, Dr Kalminderjit has witnessed firsthand the evolving landscape of education. She firmly upholds the belief that the heart of effective teaching and learning lies in the passion educators bring to their practice and the system as a whole.
