Improving staff professional learning through online learning communities

AISL Academy is dedicated to fostering continuous professional development for educators in Asia and around the world and offers educators opportunities to learn, share and grow with their peers through online, onsite and blended conditions.

In partnership education institutions, respected visionaries and industry-leading professionals, it offers high-quality, easy-to-access, bilingual professional development opportunities across 7 areas: bilingual education, digital learning, early years education, education leadership, innovative teaching and learning, student safeguarding and wellbeing, including 2 additional branches of parent education and extended student services.

The platform is created to meet the needs of learners who seek to learn new skills, advance their career, or earn qualifications and certifications, with a variety of programme options in addition to single courses.  By attending the session, all delegates will gain insights into the platform development, understand the benefits for participating in the community, be given access to register and use the Academy freely, and learn how to implement similar strategies in their own institutions through learning and networking opportunities. We welcome participants to co-construct professional learning opportunities with peers and contribute into the platform.
