Creative ideas for digital skills

The world of technology in education is spinning faster than many educators wish and can manage. This is not surprising considering that the teaching load of educators has not changed much but requirements for learning new digital skills has increased dramatically. How can we develop and offer suitable and flexible PD programs for educators in Asia, which will not overload educators? Are educator community-based learning spaces and peer-to-peer learning models to support continuous learning of educators the way to go? What should be taught and how? Does your school incentivise voluntary digital skills upgrading for educators?
