Angela Chen-Delantar

Chair, Co-Founder, Former CEO Eskwelabs

Angela Chen-Delantar is an education entrepreneur in Southeast Asia and currently serves as Vice-President at the Wadhwani Foundation, where she is establishing the foundation’s presence to upskill one million learners in the Philippines by 2030. As co-founder of Eskwelabs, she launched thousands of careers in data and digital work through half a million hours of live, cohort-based learning. Her work bridges education, employment, and economic mobility. Angela began her career in investing with a Finance degree from the University of Toronto. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Education Leadership at Harvard University. A Forbes 30 Under 30 awardee and Acumen Fellow, Angela’s work focuses on bridging capital, capability and culture.

Finita Dewi

Lecturer Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia

Dr. Finita Dewi is a faculty member in the English Language Education Study Program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and serves as the Director of Teacher Professional Development at the Indonesia Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (iTELL) Association. Her work focuses on empowering English teachers to creatively integrate technology into their teaching through pedagogically sound approaches. She supports both low-tech and emerging-tech contexts, emphasizing that meaningful learning stems not from the tool itself, but from how it is used. Finita leads inclusive, context-sensitive professional development programs that reach educators across Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region, helping teachers in both high- and low-access settings design engaging learning experiences that foster learner voice, agency, and sustained professional growth.

Kirsteen Donaghy

English Connects Lead British Council

Kirsteen Donaghy is a Global Programme Lead with the British Council, working in Kuala Lumpur for over 20 years. She has spearheaded numerous online teacher development initiatives that enable women teachers to embrace technologies in their own and their students' learning. 

In 2025, her MA in Inclusive Education dissertation focussed on ways online teacher development can open opportunities for teachers with marginalised genders. As an EdTech leader in the British Council, Kirsteen has led and inspired several women colleagues and been instrumental in challenging communication and leadership in technology and changing the face and gender balance of the British Council's teams leading in EdTech based programmes.

In summary, by addressing systemic barriers – whether technological, linguistic, or socio-economic – Kirsteen is helping to create a more equitable and effective education landscape in Malaysia and beyond. Her work through TeachingEnglish.org.uk ensures that English language teachers are not only better equipped to teach, but also better supported to lead change in their communities.

Krizia Silvestri

Partnerships and Projects Lead Otermans Institute

Krizia Silvestri is the Partnerships and Projects Lead at Otermans Institute (OI), where she is transforming global education through technology. Since joining OI in 2022, she has expanded digital training initiatives across 17 countries globally, reaching diverse groups including NEET youth in the UK, girls facing barriers to education in the Philippines, and crisis-affected learners in Palestine.

In 2023, Krizia co-led the launch of OIAI, the AI-powered digital teacher, which achieved a 95% learner completion rate far surpassing the 7–14% industry average. Designed to deliver 24/7 personalised education, OIAI engages learners with over four questions per hour and provides critical support for neurodivergent students in the UK.

Currently based in Vietnam, Krizia is also expanding OI’s impact globally. She co-led the OI Lead Initiative, an AI literacy training programme designed for young learners from marginalised communities in Kenya that reached more than 170,000 learners in just 3 weeks.

Serving over 400,000 learners from 50+ countries, PTE Magic focuses on breaking barriers to quality Pearson Test of English tutoring across Asia and helping students achieve life-changing opportunities to study, work, and migrate abroad. A passionate educator and content creator with a YouTube audience of over 100,000, Moni is committed to making learning accessible, personalised, and effective for diverse communities across the region.

Nurul Nisa Omar

Associate Professor Universiti Malaya Wales

Dr Nurul Nisa Omar is an Associate Professor at Universiti Malaya-Wales and Head of the Centre for Educators Leading Innovation in Teaching Excellence (ELITE). Her EdTech initiatives have reached over 5,000 learners worldwide through leadership programs, digital learning projects, and training in digital pedagogy, ODL, and independent learning. She has delivered 50+ workshops for educators across universities, schools, and government agencies, and has empowered over 1,000 women to strengthen skills in communication, digital tools, and decision-making. Recognised with 35+ awards, certifications, and appointments, she is dedicated to advancing education, technology, and leadership on a global scale.

Rahimah Jamaluddin

Senior Lecturer University Putra Malaysia

Dr. Rahimah is a senior lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia specializing in Technical and Vocational Education, with expertise in culinary arts, fashion, sewing, textiles, and family resource management. She is passionate about integrating innovative technology into teaching, such as augmented reality in garment production and sustainable learning approaches. Her work empowers both students and teachers to embrace creativity, problem-solving, and sustainability in education. Dr. Rahimah has led numerous community and industry collaborations, positioning her as a leader in advancing EdTech for practical, hands-on learning in Malaysia and beyond.

Raja Nazatul Akhma binti Raja Fuaddin

Chief Product Officer Pandai Education

Raja Nazatul Akhma is a Malaysian EdTech advocate and Chief Product Officer at one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing learning platforms for school students and teachers. With over a decade of experience in education and technology, she blends her background as a teacher and curriculum developer with strategic product leadership to create impactful, curriculum-aligned digital tools. Her work has reached over 1 million users nationwide, bridging urban-rural education gaps, promoting media literacy and scaling innovative learning experiences across the region.

Winona Diola

Education Technology Coordinator and Science Teacher De La Salle Santiago Zobel School

Winnie Y. Diola is a dedicated teacher and mentor who aims to empower her students to take an active role in their learning. She firmly believes that by engaging in relevant and meaningful learning experiences, students can enhance their critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills, leading to positive academic outcomes and increased learner agency.

Winnie holds a Master of Education in General Science from De La Salle University-Manila. She has pursued further studies, earning 27 units in an MA in Child Study from the Philippine Normal University. She is currently working toward a Ph.D. in Educational Management. As a skilled educator, she employs various teaching techniques and educational technology tools to engage and support her students' learning effectively.
Currently, Ms. Winnie serves as the Education Technology Coordinator for the Grade School and Br. Rafael Donato Night High School at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School. Her goal is to utilize technology to meet the diverse academic needs of the students. In 2016, the Metrobank Foundation, Inc., recognized her outstanding contributions and named her one of the Top 10 Outstanding Filipinos in Teaching.

Ms. Winnie has obtained various certifications, including Apple Distinguished Educator, Apple Professional Learning Specialist, Google Certified Educator (Levels 1 and 2), and Google Innovator. Additionally, she is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (2020-2024), a Minecraft Ambassador, a Microsoft Certified Educator, and a Distinguished Lasallian Educator. She is a respected speaker on blended learning approaches and technology integration in education, focusing on public and private schools.

Yueh Mei Liu

CEO & Co-founder HeyHi Pte Ltd

Ms Liu Yueh Mei served almost 15 years with Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) as Head of Department (Mathematics) in schools as well as in MOE HQ. She spent the next 10 years as an international teacher-trainer, consultant, teacher coach, as well as an entrepreneur with a healthcare startup and an edtech startup in
her portfolio.
 
During her time with MOE HQ, she was directly involved in curriculum reviews, policy and assessment matters. She is experienced in professional development on mathematics curriculum, pedagogy, mathematics problem solving and assessment. As a reviewer of the Singapore Model Method book released by MOE, she worked closely with the pioneers and developers of Singapore Mathematics. 
 
She remains passionate in bringing engaged pedagogy, personalised learning,  differentiated assessment to the classroom and making education accessible to all - made possible through technology.
