When and where is Bett Asia 2023 taking place?

Bett Asia is back for our first edition as an in-person event on 4-5 October 2023 at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok. Click here to register. Attendance to the show is free on all days and not date specific.

Who is allowed or recommended to attend?

Schools & school buyers, colleges, businesses, education department & government representatives, higher education professionals.

What is the Leadership Summit and can I be part of it?

The two-day Leadership Summit programme will explore topics nominated by policy and decision makers from K12 to HE which address key opportunities to improve education systems and further student outcomes across Asia. The conference is specially curated for anyone in a leadership position within a school, university, or education system (e.g. government or state). Click here to find out more.

Registration FAQ’s

How do I register the employees of my company, friends, teachers, etc.?

Everyone attending the show needs to be registered separately so please ensure everyone registers themselves. Click here to register.

How do I register a group (over 18)?

Due to GDPR, anyone over 18 years old attending the show needs to be registered separately, so please ensure everyone registers themselves. Please register with a business or institution email address unique to you. Visitors registering with the same email address as a colleague will be unable to access our services. I made a mistake on my registration; how can I update my personal information?

Contact us and we will update your badge. Please do not register again.

When will I receive my badge?

We will be sending you your badge along with key information for your arrival two weeks before the event. Please ensure you register and print your badge before attending – this is crucial, as we have implemented a reduced-contact registration system so there will be very limited opportunity to do this onsite.

Can I register upon arrival?

We recommend you register to receive your e-badge and print this before arriving onsite. We will provide a badge holder and you can then scan it at the door. If you do not have your e-badge printed, just show the e-badge on your phone at the registration desk and they can print you a copy. Note there may be a queue and a delay in entry.

What if I have forgotten my entry badge when I arrive at the show?

If you do not have your e-badge printed, just show the e-badge at the registration desk on your phone and they can help with this.

Where does my visitor entry badge allow me access to?

Your entry badge allows you access to the whole Bett Asia show unless stated otherwise. For example, if your entry badges state ‘Press’ you will have additional access to the show Press Lounge.

What is required to gain entry into Bett Asia?

We require all attendees (visitor, exhibitor and contractor personnel) to pre-register in advance of arrival at the venue.Your badge will be sent to you to print at home, ensuring a quicker and simpler arrival process.

Do I need a visa to get to the Thailand?

If you're not sure if you need a visa to visit the Thailand, take a look at the Thailand Embassy information page for help. If you require an invitation letter to assist with your visa application, please contact us.

How can I arrange my flights to the event?

Find all the information about traveling on our Plan your visit page. You'll find a link to Skyscanner website which can help you to arrange your flights. Please check your government advice for guidance on travelling overseas before entering the country.

What is the closest airport?

The nearest airport to Athenee Hotel is Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) Airport which is 16.4 miles away. Other nearby airport is Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) (16.8 miles).
Please check your government advice for guidance on travelling overseas before entering the country.

What is the closest Subway /train station?

Phloen Chit BTS Skytrain Station is the closest subway station to Athenee Hotel. You can also get to the venue by taking the train, where Yommarat Railway station is the closet station. Find out more information about directions, airports information and public transports here.

Exhibitor FAQs

How can I retrieve my login details?

To obtain your log-in details if lost, please email your account manager or exhibitor@bettshow.com and we will be able to help you.

Where can I find the Exhibitor Manual?

The Exhibitor Manual will be available closer to the event, and we will notify you about this in an email. Please email exhibitor@bettshow.com if you have any further queries in the meantime.

When can I get the Bett marketing collateral?

This can be downloaded by accessing the ‘Tips, Guides and Packs’ from one of the handy emails we send you surrounding the show. Please email exhibitor@bettshow.com if you have any further queries.

Who are the official contractors?

Throughout the event cycle, we work with various show contractors, our main supplier being GES. However, you might receive emails from Aztec, InEvexco, and Essential Events. If you receive any emails from other companies claiming to work with us, please do check with us if these are genuine.

How can I talk to my Account Manager?

Your account manager is the person who has handled your contract. If you need to speak to them and don’t have contact details, please email exhibitor@bettshow.com and we will be able to connect you to them.

Where can I get the Exhibitor Passes?

Exhibitor passes can be obtained via the Exhibitor Manual which can be accessed via a link from one of the emails we send you.

How can I get a visa invitation letter?

Visa invitation letters are solely for individuals part of a company/organisation’s delegation to the show. Once the contract for the show has been paid, please contact exhibitor@bettshow.com.
