Sustainable Transport Live Lesson
In celebration of the Bett Asia EdTech 10 List, we’ll be co-hosting a Live Lesson with Tech She Can on Tech for Sustainable Transport. We’re welcoming teachers and their classrooms to join us on June 6 at 2pm MYT (7am BST) for an interactive session where students can learn about technology with real world examples.
Students will be guided by Tech She Can’s Educational Partnerships and Experiences Lead (and experienced primary school teacher), Rachael, on the importance of sustainable transport. The content of this session is suitable for ages 8 to 14. Taking part is easy! All you need to do is join the Teams link when the lesson is scheduled to begin, ensure your students are at a table with a pen and paper, and let Tech She Can and Bett Asia take it away!
Tech She Can
Tech She Can is a charity with the goal of improving the ratio of women in technology careers. One of the ways they do this is by providing free Tech We Can resources to inspire both boys and girls to pursue careers in technology, one of these being their Live Lessons. Bett Asia is proud to be partnering with Tech She Can.

This initiative is a part of the EdTech 10 List, a celebration of talented women in tech roles in Southeast Asia. But, they all had to start somewhere so this Live Lesson will provide context to students as to why celebrating women's talent in the tech industry is important and inspire teachers to ensure they are equipping young girls with the skills to pursue tech careers.
