Why is Bett Asia being re-scheduled to March?

Our communities are slowly and tentatively opening doors again, but there are still uncertainties around COVID-19. Bett Asia has, therefore, been rescheduled to March 2-3 2021 at the Grand Hyatt, Kuala Lumpur.

Do I need to sign a new contract?

No. Your existing contract for Bett Asia will carry over to the revised dates.

I have already booked accommodation at the Grand Hyatt. Can I transfer my booking?

You will need to re-book your room for the new dates. Please contact kualalumpur.grand@hyatt.com for more information.

I have already registered to attend the event. Do I need to re-register?

No. Your registration will automatically be carried over to the new dates.

I want to buy a delegate pass. Is the early bird rate still available?

Yes, the early bird rate is still available. This will expire on 22 March 2020.

I have a DIT grant. Can I use this for the new dates?

We are continuing to work with DIT at our event in June. Please contact William Prieto-Parra at BESA to discuss the full details of the DIT grant process: william@besa.org.uk.

Can I claim on my insurance with Hyve, if I have to cancel my flight/stand?

We recommend that you check the terms and conditions in your policy and contact the provider if you are uncertain.

Bett Community Hub

Where can I find the Bett Community Hub?

You can find the hub via the follow link, or as a drop-down in the menu bar: https://www.asia.bettshow.com/Page/bett-community-hub

An article is missing from the community hub, why is this and where can I find it?

This is because we are regularly updating the community hub to be relevant with the most up-to-date resources each week. But don't worry, you can find all the others via the blog page here: https://www.asia.bettshow.com/Articles

How can I get featured on the community hub?

If you'd like to find out more about the community hub and how you can get involved or be featured on it, please email asia@bettshow.com. We will be sure to review all submissions, and feature resources that we feel are relevant for the community.
