Bett Asia 2025 is free to attend for everyone.

Bett Asia 2025 is from 1-2 October 2025. 

From Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), take the KLIATransit train to KL Sentral. You can then get Light Rail Transit to KLCC or Conlay and walk to the venue. 

Alternatively, you can take a taxi from KLIA to the Mandarin Oriental, which takes about 45 minutes. 

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive your ticket, which you can use to print your badge onsite, two weeks before the show. 

If you are travelling from outside of Malaysia, you will need to check your region’s government website to apply for a visa. As well as secure your MDAC (Malaysia Digital Authentication Card), you can apply for this here

Bett Asia 2025 is across three different floors at the Mandarin Oriental, all of which are accessible via elevators which can be found next opposite the front desk reception on the Ground Floor of the hotel. 

All theatres and meeting rooms have step-free access. 

If you are attending Bett Asia 2025 and will be in a wheelchair, please contact ... 

The Leadership summit is located on the Ground Floor. 

Registration and the Expo are located on Level 1 of the building and can be accessed using stairs, an elevator or an escalator.  

The Crystal, Amber, Quartz, Topaz, Jasper, Citrine, Peridot, and Parkview rooms are located on Level 2 and can be accessed using stairs, an elevator or escalator. 

A map of the venue will be available on our app and website ahead of the event. 

All our theatres will have live captioning on top of the presentation screen. We advise if you require captioning to please arrive at sessions early to secure a seat near the front.
