Director of Teaching and Learning Whole School Harrow Bangkok

Tyla is the Director of Teaching and Learning Whole School at Harrow Bangkok in Thailand. As a part of her role at Harrow Bangkok, she leads on whole school teaching and learning, professional development, appraisal and AI. She has developed senior and middle leadership development programmes.

Tyla led on Accelerated Reader in three different schools and introduced Accelerated Reader to Harrow Bangkok, the first school in Thailand to offer the programme. Prior to joining the Harrow family, she worked as an Assistant Head in charge of Teaching and Learning and Professional Development and Lead Practitioner in inner London schools as well as NQT lead at a London teaching school.

She is an experienced senior leader, passionate about innovative research-based pedagogy.
