Senior Program Manager Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development Inc. (FIT-ED)

Sylvia A. Garde is a Senior Program Manager of the Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development. Since 2005, she has been responsible for project development and management of Intel Philippines Education CSR projects for the foundation. She was the Teacher Professional Development Delivery Lead of the Technology-Supported Early Literacy TPD Project, which was in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd) and USAID. The partnership produced and piloted the Early Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Digital program in selected DepEd schools in 2016-2017.

She currently works on Philippine initiatives as part of the TPD@Scale Coalition for the Global South that continues support to DepEd for the scale-up of technology-mediated blended learning delivery for TPD.
