Pov joined SeeBeyondBorders in 2013 and is a passionate educator with over 20 years of experience in the field. Having recently completed a Master's Degree in Education in Ireland, Pov is responsible for leading the organisation in Cambodia as Managing Director.

Pov believes that education is the key to sustainable change, and he is committed to working with educators to ensure every child can learn and succeed. He is a strong advocate for differentiated learning and believes that teachers play a vital role in making learning happen for every child.

Pov has a wealth of experience in education, having worked as a teacher, school director, and district education officer. He has also worked with several educational NGOs in Cambodia and is familiar with rural schools' challenges and opportunities.

Pov is a valuable asset to SeeBeyondBorders and has much to offer from practitioner and education leadership perspectives.
