Passionate to empower both children and adults to unlock barriers to achieving their potential, Kate qualified as an Information Professional and focussed on helping learners develop skills fit for a technologically-enhanced future.

She worked in UK Secondary Education for 12 years, introducing and then leading Star and Accelerated Reader implementation, learning step by step how to help embed it within school culture while developing and celebrating student potential. Having observed the impact on students’ attainment and self-expectation, Kate trained as an Associate Renaissance Consultant to pass on guidance in ways to accelerate learning for every student.

Now a member of the Renaissance Training Team, Kate is delighted to be supporting schools around the world through a period of exciting technological development.
