Putting Learners First: Building a consistent student experience online

When Holy Angel University (HAU) implemented its LMS LMS, it needed to deploy over 1,800 courses with a familiar look and feel. This presentation explores the planning behind building a digital ecosystem at Holy Angel University and how our institutional vocabulary and pedagogy had to adjust to make deployment seamless. It will cover the strategic choices and academic directives, the training of instructors, content creators, and chairpersons/administrators, and the processes needed by the first week of instruction. Finally, it will look at the positive effects of the common student experience on branding, readiness, pedagogy, and sustainable curriculum review.
