Vicky Heng is an Apple Professional Learning Specialist and CSR Professional Learning Coach with over a decade of experience in early years and primary education. She leads workshops, summits, and coaching programmes that support schools in integrating the Apple ecosystem to enhance teaching, learning, and student creativity. 

Through her CSR initiatives, Vicky works closely with organisations including GAPS, MAB, MND, and PDM to run accessibility workshops, empowering individuals with diverse learning needs through Apple’s accessibility features.
