When and where is Bett Asia 2024 taking place?

Bett Asia is on 2-3 October 2024 at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Attendance to the show is free on all days and not date specific.

Who is allowed or recommended to attend?

Schools & school buyers, colleges, businesses, education department & government representatives, higher education professionals.

Children on-site

Children under the age of 16 years are not allowed to attend the show as visitors or exhibitors. We regret no exceptions can be made to this ruling. 

With Bett Asia being an education technology show we do occasionally have children presenting at our shows in sessions.

If you encounter a child who has become separated from their group, please escort them directly to the Bett Organisers Office located in the Old Business Centre, 2nd Floor opposite the London Rooms

Is Bett Asia free-to-attend?

Attendance to the show is free on all days and not date specific.

What is the Leadership Summit and can I be part of it?

The two-day Leadership Summit programme will explore topics nominated by policy and decision makers from K12 to HE which address key opportunities to improve education systems and further student outcomes across Asia. The conference is specially curated for anyone in a leadership position within a school, university, or education system (e.g. government or state). Find out more about the Leadership Summit.

Registration FAQs

How do I register the employees of my company, friends, teachers, etc.?

Everyone attending the show needs to be registered separately so please ensure everyone registers themselves.

How do I register a group (18+ years old)?

Due to GDPR, anyone over 18 years old attending the show needs to be registered separately, so please ensure everyone registers themselves. Please register with a business or institution email address unique to you. Visitors registering with the same email address as a colleague will be unable to access our services.

I made a mistake on my registration; how can I update my personal information?

Contact us and we will update your badge. Please don't register again.

When will I receive my badge?

We'll be sending you your entrance pass with a QR code for your arrival two weeks before the event. Please ensure when you arrive onsite you have your QR code open and ready on your phone, so we can scan and print your badge. You will need to wear your badge, while onsite, at all times.

Can I register upon arrival?

Yes, you can register upon arrival. We however strongly recommend you pre-register online to avoid unnecessary delays. Note that all badges are being printed and delivered onsite.

Where does my visitor entry badge allow me access to?

Your entry badge allows you access to the whole of Bett Asia show unless otherwise stated. Fore example, if your entry badge states: ‘Speaker or VIP’, you will have additional access to the show VIP lounge.

What is required to gain entry into Bett Asia?

We require all attendees (visitor, exhibitor and contractor personnel) to pre-register in advance of arrival at the venue.

Do I need a visa to get to Malaysia?

If you're not sure if you need a visa to visit Malaysia, take a look at the Malaysia Embassy information page for help. If you require an invitation letter to assist with your visa application, please contact us.

How can I arrange my flights to the event?

Find all the information about traveling on our plan your visit page. You'll find a link to the Skyscanner website which can help you to arrange your flights. Please check your government advice for guidance on travelling overseas before entering the country.

What is the closest airport?

The nearest airport to Athenee Hotel is Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) Airport which is 16.4 miles away. Other nearby airport is Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) (16.8 miles).

Please check your government advice for guidance on travelling overseas before entering the country.

What is the closest subway/train station?

Phloen Chit BTS Skytrain Station is the closest subway station to Athenee Hotel. You can also get to the venue by taking the train, where Yommarat Railway station is the closet station. 

Do you have special deals with any hotels?

Yes, we have discounted rates at the Athenee Hotel for all visitors and participants of the show. Book your room here.

How can I access the exhibitor registration portal?

To obtain your log-in details if lost, please email us at asia@bettshow.com and we will be able to help you.

Where can I find the Exhibitor Manual?

The Exhibitor Manual is available here.

When can I get the Bett marketing collateral?

Please contact your account manager or if you are unsure, please email us at asia@bettshow.com.

Who are the official contractors?

Our main supplier at Bett Asia 2023 is PICO. However you might receive emails from Athenee Hotel, InEvexco, Visit Connect and Essential Events. If you receive any emails from other companies claiming to work with us, please do check with us if these are genuine.

How can I talk to my Account Manager?

Your account manager is the person who has handled your contract. If you need to speak to them and don’t have contact details, please email asia@bettshow.com and we will be able to connect you to them.

Where can I get the Exhibitor Passes?

Exhibitor passes can be obtained via the Exhibitor Manual which will be available soon.

How can I get a visa invitation letter?

Visa invitation letters are solely for individuals part of a company/organisation’s delegation to the show. Once the contract for the show has been paid, please contact asia@bettshow.com.

When is the show open?

The shows opening hours are available on our Exhibitor Manual which can be accessed here.

Where can I get help on-site?

If you require help at any point whilst on site, please find the Organisers Office, our staff will be there to assist you.
