Mateusz Rybinski is a Polish entrepreneur based in Kuala Lumpur, where he has spent the past six years building education businesses across Southeast Asia.

He is group CEO and co-founder of Koding Next, the largest coding school network in the region, operating across Indonesia and Malaysia with around 100 staff and 38 franchise partners, and serving families, schools, governments, and franchisees. He also runs Aktin Next Malaysia, which holds exclusive Malaysian distribution rights for ClassVR, Photon Robot, Scottie Go!, and WhalesBot, bringing hardware-based learning into classrooms.

Future Classroom began as his own idea: a learning platform solution designed to help schools implement coding, AI, and computer science with ease. It is a comprehensive solution that includes teacher training, a learning platform, reporting, and assessment. Within two years of operation, it was implemented in more than 60 schools across the Southeast Asia region.

Alongside his operating roles, Mateusz is Founder and President of EdTech Poland, the association connecting Polish education technology companies with international markets.
