Dr. Linda S.D Croglia’s tenure as a principal in both urban and suburban schools in the USA include local, state, and national recognition for excellence. She designed, staffed, and implemented an award winning "School for the 21st Century”.
She has served on the faculty at the University at Buffalo and Canisius College Graduate School of Educational Leadership and Policy. Dr. Croglia is a specialist in Mentoring, Coaching, Strategic School Improvement Planning, Teacher Evaluation and Self-Evaluation. She has conducted professional development locally and internationally, including extensive work in Vietnam, Singapore, and Argentina. She recently authored a guide to mentoring for the Workforce Development Authority and SEED Institute in Singapore.
