Florence Lai is Chief of Staff to VP of Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan for HP Inc. She pro-actively supports the VP to drive HP’s vision and go-to-market (GTM) strategy to achieve growth and profitability for HP in Indonesia, and country strategies and vision for Philippines and Pakistan. She also supports Indonesia day-to-day operations, ranging from driving Business & Sales Operations, Business Reviews, Finance & Legal, Government Relations, Strategic Communications and Messaging, Leadership Training, HR/Employee wellness, Community Outreach to Crisis Management and Planning.

Florence leads the vision, strategy and execution on HP Indonesia’s end-to-end Education framework, enabling HP’s Sustainable Impact and Accelerating Digital Equity Goal. She leads collaboration with partners in government and industry in a powerful eco-system to disrupt and enable learning and digital transformation across Indonesia that is instrumental to drive better learning outcomes for over 3.5 million to-date.

Florence brings more than 28 years of diverse experience in the technology and other industries. Her most recent role was Head of Omnichannel(E-Commerce) for Indonesia and Singapore at HP Inc., where she managed game-changing go-to-market strategies, sales and marketing.

Prior to that, Florence also worked in various management, consulting, marketing and sales roles and successfully built brands, developed new B2B, B2C, D2C businesses in diverse industries and multiple countries. She is a strong advocate for Education, DEI and believe in contributing to make an impactful, positive difference.

Florence holds a Bachelors’ degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
