Dr Kritsachai is a deputy director of SEAMEO Secretariat. He manages the digital transformation of SEAMEO Secretariat and strengthens the organization of its crisis response capability. Prior to joining SEAMEO Secretariat, he was a Senior Officer at ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, Indonesia and a Director of Science media Division at the National Science and Technology Development Agency in Bangkok, Thailand. His works on Science Communication helped bridging art and science together resulting in a significant enhancement of public awareness of science and technology in Thailand. His production of a science TV program, titled The Little Scientists’ House, brought his team a Mekhala award for best animation series where he also served as a music composer and sound engineer. He was a supporter of Maker Movement in Thailand where he brought a world-renowned event, Maker Faire, to be hosted in Thailand from 2015 and 2020.
