Dr. Atittaya Punya

Director Human Capital Excellence Management Center, Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC)

Dr. Atittaya Punya is Director of the Human Capital Excellence Management Center (HCEMC) under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education in Thailand.

Prior to her current position, she was Project Manager of the Regional English Training Centers (Bootcamp Project) and served as a member of several national educational sub-committees.

Dr. Atittaya Punya holds a PhD in Education (Curriculum and Pedagogy) from Naresuan University, Thailand, as well as a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Education from Phetchabun Rajabhat University, Thailand.
