Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pasit Lorterapong

Deputy Permanent Secretary Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pasit Lorterapong currently serves as the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand. He founded the Graduate School of Management and Innovation, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi and served as Dean during 2008 – 2016. He also served as a senior advisor for the Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO) before joining MHESI. Dr. Lorterapong received his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Chiang Mai University, Master of Science in Civil Engineering at South Dakota State University, and PhD in Building Studies from Concordia University. Dr. Lorterapong is also a certified PMP® by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
