Born and raised by a grassroot family in Hong Kong, Anthony graduated with an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Lingnan University with more than a dozen of scholarships and got his family out of the poverty line with decent job offers. He deeply understands how a career can change one's life and founded OnMyGrad - a 500 Global-backed EdTech startup. Anthony pursued further studies at the University of Oxford and Saïd Business School respectively in Social Entrepreneurship and High-Performance Leadership. Along with the development of his startup company, he was invited by Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, Hong Kong Management Association, LinkedIn, McKinsey, and more institutions as the guest speaker on topics including "School-to-Work Transitions".
