Andrew Khaw is presently Regional Director, Samsung Electronics for Corporate Affairs in Southeast Asia and Oceania. The role focuses on cooperating with Government and multi-lateral development organizations for country development objectives in exciting areas of digital policy and transformation of public services.
Prior to joining Samsung, Andrew worked for 21 years in the Singapore government with experience in International Investment Marketing, International Market Development, country development programs for the ICT industry, start-ups and manpower. He also led initiatives for SME Digital Transformation, policy for Industrial Infrastructure competitiveness and Organizational Business Process Re-engineering. Andrew took a short Business Development stint with a Government-owned industrial parks company in late 2000s.
Andrew has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore and participated in the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme in 2013.
