Leading whole-school community wellbeing beyond crisis response

Through this time of disruption, schools and their communities have demonstrated real resilience and determination to ensure that learning never stops. However, this time has also thrown up and exacerbated mental health and wellbeing issues experienced by both staff and students, with the long-term impacts on individuals remaining uncertain. As we look to build back better in education, this session will open up an honest conversation on critical areas of need within wellbeing in school communities, the role of technology in wellbeing, and how school leaders can position wellbeing as the cornerstone of all their decision-making.
